It is the objective of the Novo Sdn Bhd Management Team to deliver quality service to our clients™ specifications, agreed costs and timeframes.

In order to achieve this, Management has made a commitment to developing and maintaining a documented Quality Management System which shall adhere to the relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Within the system, Quality Objective will be set by the Management Team. These quality objectives shall include:
– Employing dedicated personnel with the appropriate qualifications, skills and training,
– Identifying training needs and ensuring employees receive adequate training,
– Achieving, maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our services,
– Provide our client with the confidence that our Quality Objectives are being achieved, and
– Attain these objectives within budget and required schedule.
To realize out Quality Policy we shall focus on the needs of our business with particular reference to consistently meeting our clients™ requirements, statutory and regulatory obligations. Our Quality Management System will provide means to identify system shortfalls and for stimulating process improvements. To ensure that the Quality Objectives are met, it is the responsibility of the Novo Sdn Bhd Management Team to oversee the development of relevant systems and procedures. All Novo Sdn Bhd employees, contractors and sub-contractors shall be required to follow and assist in improving these systems and procedures.
